In bocca è quasi caldo, con il giusto equilibrio tra alcol e acidità. Tipica la sapidità , molto legata al
Region of origin. Pairs well with cured meats, excellent with red meat main courses in general.

Sapidità equilibrata da una buona acidità, favorita dal contenuto grado alcolico, che ne aumenta la freschezza.
